Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a client-focused analytics solutions professional to work with the Implementation Project Manager, shaping scope and estimates while guiding solutioning for customers using FactSet Analytics.

You will develop user workflows, create custom report specifications, train users, and collaborate with Product Development and Engineering to expand deployments, driving growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience working with FactSet’s Analytics tools.
• Strong technical background.
• Proven technical proficiency, particularly in writing complex screening codes.
• Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products.
• Willingness to travel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA, or other industry certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce client-facing communications in coordination with the implementation project manager.
• Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates.
• Provide product and technical guidance on solutioning processes based on customer needs.
• Create user workflow specifications and custom report specifications.
• Establish priority and direction for technical integration staff on client requirements.
• Develop comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of the Analytics suite.
• Implement new and enhance existing deployments to improve user experience and enable sales opportunities.
• Communicate with sophisticated users using investment principles and their industry applications.
• Identify growth strategies by outlining client organizational structures and uncovering additional opportunities.
• Study client workflows and partner with Product Development and Engineering to enhance FactSet products.
• Provide user training and support development of training programs.
• Facilitate transition from implementation to support.
