Novartis Group Companies is seeking an Associate Director of Analytics Governance & Operations in a remote US role. You will lead governance, stewardship, reporting, and portfolio administration to enable decision analytics across functions and regions.

The role partners with Strategy, Platforms & Technology and AI & Platform Products to implement automation while supporting global operating models. Strong cross-functional leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in analytics operations, business operations, PMO, governance, reporting, portfolio administration, or related functions.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Fluent English; other languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Owns governance operations, stewardship operations, portfolio administration, organizational reporting, reusable assets, knowledge management, enablement programs, and modernization initiatives.
• Supports capability leaders by operationalizing governance, stewardship, planning, reporting, modernization, and performance management; does not own governance decisions or roadmaps.
• Partners with Strategy, Platforms & Technology and AI & Platform Products to implement automation and agent-enabled workflows; supports cross-USHYD execution.
• Administers governance forums, stewardship workflows, issue intake, escalation management, and resolution tracking.
• Maintains portfolio reporting, roadmap documentation, initiative tracking, dependency registers, and leadership dashboards.
• Develops and maintains reusable tools, templates, playbooks, workflow assets, and knowledge repositories.
• Coordinates governance operations and reporting across US and HYD teams.
