Job summary

LangChain is seeking an Analytics Engineer to help build data infrastructure and empower teams with actionable insights. You will work on expanding our data stack, modeling with Looker/LookML and dbt, and integrating data from Salesforce, Stripe, and other sources into BigQuery to drive business decisions.

You will develop dashboards, analyze usage and operational data, and deepen understanding of key metrics to align priorities and strategy across the organization.

Qualifications

3+ years of analytics engineering experience required.
Proficiency in BigQuery, dbt, Looker/LookML, Airbyte, and Segment.
Detail-oriented with strong ability to synthesize findings.

Responsibilities

Expand our foundational data stack: Looker, dbt, BigQuery, Airbyte.
Write LookML and dbt models describing the business and power self-serve analytics.
Ingest data from sources (Salesforce, Stripe, Metronome, ClickHouse) into BigQuery.
Build dashboards tracking progress against company goals and KPIs.
Analyze product usage and operational data to surface insights on health, adoption, and revenue.
Develop deep understanding of business metrics to drive alignment and prioritization.
