Job summary

LangChain is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join our Engineering team in the United States. You will help build the data foundation, diagnose issues, and generate actionable insights to guide product and business decisions.

You will expand our data stack with Looker, dbt, BigQuery, and Airbyte, create LookML models, connect Salesforce and Stripe data, and build dashboards to track KPIs and customer health. This role offers a hands-on, fast-paced environment with meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics engineering experience.
• Proficiency with BigQuery, dbt, Looker/LookML, Airbyte, and Segment.
• Detail oriented and able to synthesize findings clearly.
• Self-directed, proactive in fast-paced, unstructured environments.

Responsibilities

• Expand and maintain our foundational data stack (Looker, dbt, BigQuery, Airbyte).
• Write LookML and dbt models describing business metrics.
• Consolidate data from Salesforce, Stripe, and other sources into the warehouse.
• Build dashboards to track company goals and KPIs.
• Analyze product usage and operational data to surface insights on health, adoption, and revenue.
• Develop a deep understanding of business metrics to drive alignment and prioritization.
