Job summary

Harnham is partnering with a global technology-led business undergoing a major data and AI transformation to build next-generation analytics products used by internal stakeholders and thousands of external customers.

This role goes beyond traditional dashboards, owning the journey from semantic models through to customer-facing analytics experiences, acting as both a technical expert and business partner to shape KPIs and analytics strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Analytics Engineering, BI Engineering, Data Analytics or similar
• Strong Snowflake experience
• Looker expertise or exposure to modern semantic-layer tooling
• Experience building analytics products, not just dashboards
• Comfortable partnering with Product and business stakeholders
• Experience using AI coding tools in day-to-day workflows

Responsibilities

• Build and scale analytics products using Snowflake, dbt and Looker.
• Design semantic models and define meaningful business KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product to shape analytics strategy and roadmaps.
• Partner with business stakeholders as a vertical analytics specialist.
• Develop embedded and customer-facing analytics experiences.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate analytics development.
• Drive governance, performance optimization, and self-service analytics capabilities.
