Job summary

Harnham is partnering with a global travel management organization to build and scale its next-generation analytics platform. The Analytics Engineer will work across data engineering, analytics, and product to turn complex data into trusted analytics products used internally and by customers worldwide.

You’ll be building analytical data models, transforming raw data into clean datasets, and developing semantic models across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with dbt, including building, testing, documenting, and maintaining transformation models.
  • Experience building analytical and semantic data models.
  • Understanding of the full data lifecycle, from pipelines and warehousing to reporting and analytics.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Azure Data Lake).
  • Experience with BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proficiency in Python, Scala, or R for analytics engineering.
  • Knowledge of data quality, query performance, testing, and optimization.
  • Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We’re partnering with a global travel management organization that is making a significant investment in its data and analytics capabilities and is looking for an Analytics Engineer to help build and scale its next generation analytics platform.

The role sits across data engineering, analytics, and product, turning complex data into trusted, scalable analytics products used by teams internally and by customers around the world.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Build and maintain analytical data models that support reporting, dashboards, and customer facing data products
  • Transform raw data into clean, reliable, and reusable datasets

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with APIs and application integrations
  • Experience with data governance, security, or compliance frameworks
  • Experience working across AWS, Azure, or GCP
