Job summary

Harnham partners with a global technology-led business undergoing a major data and AI transformation to build next-gen analytics products. You will own the journey from semantic models to customer-facing analytics using Snowflake, dbt, Looker, and AI-powered tooling.

This role requires building analytics products, not just dashboards, and close collaboration with Product and business stakeholders to shape strategy and roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Analytics Engineering, BI Engineering, Data Analytics or similar.
• Strong Snowflake experience.
• Looker expertise or deep exposure to modern semantic-layer tooling.
• Experience building analytics products, not just dashboards.
• Comfortable partnering with Product and business stakeholders.
• Experience using AI coding tools in day-to-day workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale analytics products using Snowflake, dbt and Looker.
• Design semantic models and define meaningful business KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product to shape analytics strategy and roadmap.
• Partner with business stakeholders as a vertical analytics specialist e.g. Transactional Data, Finance etc.
• Develop embedded and customer-facing analytics experiences.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate analytics development.
• Drive governance, performance optimisation, and self-service analytics capabilities.
