Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytic field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of analytics and databases experience.
• Strong Excel and data analysis tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of efficient schedules for trainees, instructors and resources.
• Develop and execute training bids using various software systems.
• Identify and implement automated solutions for recurring processes.
• Design processes and reports based on business needs.
• Design and build dashboards and reports for teams across the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
