Job summary

Just Global in the United States is seeking a Director, Analytics to lead a high-performing analytics team and shape measurement frameworks across client accounts. You will partner with platform directors, expand capabilities with industry-leading solutions, and drive insight generation, reporting, and optimization for multiple clients.

The role requires 9+ years in analytics, strong leadership, and deep experience with Excel and tools like Datorama, Tableau, and Power BI, with a focus on MTAs

Qualifications

• 9+ years in analytics, media measurement, data strategy or related field.
• 5+ client management and project management experience
• 5+ years of Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools, such as Datorama, Tableau, or Power BI
• 3+ years of multi-touch attribution (MTA) and media mix modeling experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with directors across platforms to align reporting and measurement offerings.
• Grow Analytics team to industry-best levels and foster collaboration.
• Pursue partnerships with measurement solutions to improve frameworks for clients.
• Oversee workloads and ensure analytics work meets high standards.
• Productize analytics offerings and advocate for their adoption.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients and analytics processes.
• Support quarterly business reviews with insights and recommendations.
• Lead exploratory data analysis and modeling across data sources.
• Provide internal training and contribute to case studies.
• Facilitate training to equip the team with required skills.
