AHP is seeking an Associate Director of Analytics and Data Products to lead the build of curated datasets, pipelines, semantic models, and dashboards for enterprise reporting and client data products. You will drive end‑to‑end engagements, define metrics standards, and ensure robust data governance across a distributed context.

You will work directly with the Chief Data Officer and report to the Director of Data Practice in a senior, hands‑on capacity during the first year, while scaling data

Formación

• Advanced degree or equivalent analytics experience.
• Hands‑on build depth with SQL, dbt, and BI tools at the semantic model level.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Redshift, Databricks) and analytics that inform decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Own the build: curated datasets, transformation pipelines, semantic models, and the reporting layer for enterprise reporting and client data products.
• Deliver scoped engagements end to end: define done with sponsor as a decision the product must support, manage build plan, and maintain visibility.
• Implement the enterprise reporting standard in the build with one definition per metric, traceable to source, validated in the pipeline.
• Run production: refresh cycles, access, version control, documentation, and transition of reports into maintained products; build templates and custom products as needed.
• Coordinate data engineering work with Digital Solutions and Data Office resources.
• Contribute to AI work as part of Data Office efforts and ensure intake aligns with overall processes.
