Advocates for Human Potential, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Analytics and Data Products to lead the design and delivery of data products, pipelines, semantic models, and automated reporting used by leadership and client engagements.

The role is senior and hands-on, working with the Director of Data Practice and Chief Data Officer to set strategy. Location is in the United States with a strong emphasis on enterprise-scale analytics and AI-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative or technical field or equivalent analytics delivery experience.
• Hands-on build depth: SQL, production data transformations (dbt or equivalent), and Power BI or Domo at the semantic model level.
• Experience with cloud warehouse or lakehouse platforms (Redshift, Databricks).
• Track record delivering analytics that inform leadership and clients.
• Knowledge of R, Python, Stata, or SAS.
• Ability to lead technical work and set standards for staff; client-facing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the build of curated datasets, transformation pipelines, semantic models, and reporting layers for enterprise and client data products.
• Deliver engagements end to end with clear success criteria and visible progress.
• Enforce enterprise reporting standards from metric definition to source validation.
• Run production: refresh cycles, access control, documentation, and transitions of reports into maintained products.
• Coordinate data engineering with other teams and contribute to AI work.
