Job summary

First Command is seeking an Analytics Product Manager to act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and data teams. You will own data products from conception to production, translate business needs into analytics capabilities, and drive adoption of dashboards and reporting across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and analytics professionals to define KPIs, document requirements, and prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable business value,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (may consider experience in lieu of degree).
• 10+ years delivering analytics solutions and full product lifecycles.
• Financial Services industry experience with digital trends and tech stacks.
• Knowledge of Data Governance and SAFe or Agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive data products from conception to production release and ongoing enhancements.
• Arbitrate between business users and engineering to clarify requirements and timelines.
• Build relationships with operational teams and stakeholders enterprise-wide.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and document business and analytics requirements.
• Analyze workflows to identify analytics-driven improvement opportunities.
• Document current and future state workflows, KPI definitions, and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Data Engineering, and Technology teams to translate requirements.
• Prioritize analytics initiatives based on business value and governance requirements.
• Support dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting adoption.
