Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. is seeking an Analytical Services Intern to support analytical chemistry programs across our global manufacturing network at the Corporate Laboratory in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

The role combines hands-on laboratory work with data analysis and process improvement, offering exposure to multiple sites and technologies. The ideal candidate is pursuing a science degree, can work 15–20 hours per week during the school year and full-time during breaks, and has strong Excel and data

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bach­elor’s degree or associate degree in a scientific field with laboratory exposure.
• Strong data analysis, statistics, and problem-solving skills are preferred.
• Willingness to learn and work with analytical instrumentation and methods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day analytical operations and technical support.
• Support execution and improvement of analytical programs across the network.
• Contribute to method verification, validation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Support calibration, proficiency testing, and data review for lab programs.
• Collect, analyze, and visualize data using Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.
• Participate in equipment evaluations, trials, and special projects.
• Perform routine analytical testing of dairy ingredients and finished products.
• Assist with audit prep, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete projects as directed by leadership.
