Job summary

BBP Analyzer Field Service Technician will install, calibrate, and maintain analytical instrumentation and process analyzers at customer sites in Baton Rouge, LA area. You will troubleshoot field issues, perform preventive maintenance, and document service activities clearly and timely.

This role requires travel to nearby customer sites, collaboration with operations and engineering personnel, and coordination with BBP teams for parts, upgrades, and service schedules.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in instrumentation preferred.
• Equivalent military or industrial experience valued.
• Experience in chemical processing, oil and gas, power generation, water/wastewater, or similar industrial environments beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, calibrate, and maintain analytical instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Document service activities clearly and timely.
• Travel to nearby customer sites and support project start-ups.
• Coordinate parts, upgrades, and service schedules with BBP teams.
