Job summary

BBP is seeking a Field Service Technician for on-site work in the Atlanta, GA area. You will install, commission, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial instrumentation and control systems at customer facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience reading technical manuals, wiring diagrams, P&IDs and engineering docs.
• Ability to diagnose equipment and systems in field service.
• Strong communication and customer service when interacting with clients.
• Willing to work independently in the field and travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial instrumentation, valves, analytical equipment, and control systems at customer facilities.
• Perform routine and emergency service calls and diagnose equipment issues.
• Prepare clear service reports and communicate findings to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams while following safety standards.
• Provide training or guidance to customer personnel as needed.
