Air Liquide is seeking an Analyzer Technician to install, calibrate, repair, and maintain complex process analytical equipment across our Bayport, Texas facilities. The role links chemistry with electronics and plant operations to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a technical diploma, CMMS experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. Willingness to operate forklifts and work in safety‑driven environments is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year technical school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the use of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks & prioritize work.
• Ability to maintain, repair, and calibrate analyzers, transmitters, control valves, etc.
• Basic understanding of the facility's control system and develop detailed understanding.
• Thorough knowledge of operation and safety aspects of MCC/switchgear.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Able to operate forklift.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, repair, and maintain complex process analytical equipment.
• Ensure sample handling and conditioning systems deliver representative samples.
• Diagnose instrument drift or faults via signal analysis and peak integration.
• Collaborate with control room operators and plant engineers to resolve deviations.
• Read P&IDs and electrical schematics to support instrumentation integrity.
• Maintain logs, calibration records, and ISO-compliant documentation.
