Formación

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of food costs, COGS, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, detail-oriented and proactive.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor costs for food, beverages, packaging, and restaurant supplies to identify pricing trends.
• Analyze COGS and factors impacting product costs and profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and distributors.
• Coordinate with restaurant teams and distributors to resolve shortages, substitutions, and quality concerns.
• Monitor product availability and inventory needs to ensure essential supplies.
• Stay informed on food industry trends and market conditions affecting costs.
• Review vendor pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities; support purchasing strategies.
• Assist with sourcing new products and evaluating suppliers; coordinate vendor programs.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and vendor documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and other departments to support purchasing needs.
