Job summary

Rosetta Bakery is seeking a Purchasing & Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing operations across our growing multi-location organization. This hands-on role focuses on buying execution, vendor communication, order management, pricing, and follow-up, requiring strong systems skills and attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in purchasing or procurement in food & beverage or hospitality, with experience in vendor negotiations, price analysis, and data entry in MarketMan or

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of purchasing/procurement experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or distribution.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory, or vendor management systems.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy for vendor pricing and reports.
• Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and locations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor purchase orders and purchasing requests.
• Communicate daily with vendors regarding orders, pricing, availability, and discrepancies.
• Follow up on delayed or incorrect orders and review invoices for discrepancies.
• Maintain organized purchasing records and vendor information across locations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Kitchen, and Store Management.
