Qualifikationen

• Ph.D. (or equivalent) required and 0–3 years of post-doctoral experience.
• Experience with PSC culture, maintenance, characterization, and passaging across multiple passages.
• Experience with single-cell transcriptomic or epigenomic analysis including QC, filtering, integration, clustering, annotation, and trajectory analysis.
• Experience with epigenomic data analysis including differential chromatin accessibility and motif analysis.
• Experience building reproducible bioinformatics pipelines and containerization (e.g., Singularity).
• Familiarity with HPC environments and AWS concepts for workflows.

Aufgaben

• Develop, optimize, troubleshoot, and apply omics- and sequencing-based analytical methods (bulk and single-cell RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq).
• Design workflows for deep transcriptomic and epigenomic characterization of PSC banks and lineage priming.
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate method performance and acceptance criteria.
• Translate sequencing findings into targeted RT-qPCR, ChIP-qPCR, or other scalable assays for in-process control or release.
• Analyze and interpret multi-omic datasets with bioinformatics colleagues.
• Prepare study presentations and communicate conclusions in internal meetings.
