Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record in analysis, visualization, and interpretation of genomic and NGS data.
• Experience with gene editing concepts and human disease genetics.
• Ability to apply computational methods to large-scale datasets.
• Strong background in statistics and experimental design.
• Experience with writing study reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define genomics-related questions and approaches.
• Lead spatial transcriptomics method development and share best practices.
• Analyze diverse genomic datasets including bulk RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics, and other multiomics.
• Perform sophisticated computational analyses with rigorous statistics and data visualizations.
• Summarize analyses into clear messages and recommended next steps for teams.
• Improve analytical workflows, reproducibility, and robustness with software teams.
• Document workflows and maintain version-controlled analyses.
• Author study reports and technical documentation for research and regulatory activities.
• Evaluate emerging genomics technologies and computational methods and adopt where appropriate.
