Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Biology, Biochemistry, Cell & Molecular Biology or related discipline; industry experience, MS: 0-2 years, BS: 2-5 years.
• Experience with cell culture, aseptic technique, and GMP-like lab environment.
• Strong problem solving, data handling, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory experiments to support analytical method development.
• Conduct sample testing and data analysis using established procedures with minimal supervision.
• Maintain clear, compliant documentation of experiments and results.
• Author and review SOPs, protocols, and reports.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and trend assay performance with team.
