Job summary

Voyatek is seeking an Analytic Consultant (IRS Cleared) for a full-time remote role. You will meet with clients, translate business needs into research plans, and deliver data-driven solutions.

This position requires Python and SQL proficiency, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively in a dispersed team. Initial responsibilities include defining objectives, identifying data sources, and presenting actionable recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of professional experience.
• Federal Public Trust at Internal Revenue Service.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinker with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to formulate data-driven strategies and recommendations.
• Ability to gather and synthesize information to document and understand business processes.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well in a remote team environment.
• Prior federal consulting experience or tax administration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tasks and develop high-quality, client-ready work products with strong attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current annual range is $80,000 to $100,000. This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. It is classified as exempt under applicable law.
