Job summary

Voyatek, a federal-focused technology partner, is seeking a Senior Analytic Consultant to support IRS projects. You will collaborate with clients and colleagues to solve business problems using quantitative data analysis and qualitative process improvement.

Responsibilities include meeting with clients, defining objectives, developing analysis plans, and communicating recommendations in reports and presentations. Strong Python and SQL skills and remote-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience.
• Federal Public Trust at Internal Revenue Service.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinker with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to formulate data-driven strategies and recommendations.
• Ability to gather and synthesize information to document and understand business processes.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well in a remote team environment.
• Prior federal consulting experience or tax administration knowledge.

• Demonstrate leadership by coordinating and directing other team members in the completion of key tasks and deliverables or through independent solution ownership and innovation.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to solve business problems using both quantitative (e.g., data analysis) and qualitative methods (e.g., process improvement, management consulting).

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current annual range is $100,000 to $118,000.

This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. It is classified as exempt under applicable law.
