Job summary

Voyatek’s Federal practice seeks a Senior Analytic Consultant to support ongoing IRS projects. You will collaborate with clients and colleagues to solve business problems using data analysis and process improvement, combining quantitative and qualitative methods.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher, 7+ years of experience, Python and SQL proficiency, and strong communication skills. You will lead teams and manage risks in a remote, national environment.

Voyatek’s Federal practice is seeking a Senior Analytic Consultant to support ongoing project operations for our IRS customers. In this role, you will work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to solve business problems using both quantitative (e.g., data analysis) and qualitative methods (e.g., process improvement, management consulting).

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their business needs, define research objectives, identify data sources, document business processes, and develop analysis plans
• Apply critical thinking and creative problem solving skills to proactively identify and develop solutions for clients’ business problems
• Develop recommendations based on research and analysis and effectively communicate them to clients
• Communicate findings and recommendations to colleagues and clients in a variety of formats (e.g., written reports, briefing decks, oral presentations, etc.)
• Demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to stakeholders with technical and non-technical backgrounds
• Direct high-performing teams to meet operational and client delivery objectives through clear goal-setting, effective delegation, and active performance management
• Proactively identify risks, resolve operational roadblocks, and implement process improvements to maximize productivity and ensure delivery quality

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current annual range is $118,000 to $160,000.

This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. It is classified as exempt under applicable law.
