Job Summary

The E15 Analyst will spearhead the delivery of analytics and insights to our operators and partners at FedEx Forum. In this role, you will be responsible for working with Levy's Director of Operations, and the Grizzlies Analytics team to set the strategy for the deployment and focus of analytics insights across hospitality initiatives. Additionally, this position is responsible for establishing and advancing the methods, processes and standards of analytics and partner service that fuel the innovation that is driving Levy Operations forward. Ultimately, this role will focus on conducting data-driven projects, including performance reporting and economic valuations, and serving as project manager for key initiatives, including the strategic deployment of E15's proprietary analytics products.

Responsibilities

• Support analytics initiatives for FedEx Forum in partnership with Levy Restaurants, a leading hospitality company.
• Assist in developing strategies for new technology initiatives with the Memphis Grizzlies.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their strategies and objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and test hypotheses; develop and communicate recommendations.
• Gain knowledge about the venue, including physical setup, technology, and operations.
• Develop and implement pricing, product, placement, and promotion strategies based on team goals and fan feedback.
• Create reporting standards and formats for partner and operator use, including dashboards and heat maps.
• Communicate guest insights and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze and optimize solutions around labor and cost management.
• Leverage AI, consumer insights, and emerging tech to enhance guest experience and profitability.
• Support or lead ad-hoc analytics projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborative, consultative approach at all organizational levels.
• 0-3+ years in analytics or client-facing roles; experience working with organizational leadership preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's in business analytics, computer science, statistics, economics, or related field.
• Experience with SQL, R, Python, Tableau for data analysis.
• Skills in data visualization, presenting complex ideas to non-technical audiences, and Excel; financial modeling experience is a plus.
• Experience with survey analytics and understanding of food service operations is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with creative solution development.
