What will you be doing?

The Strategy Analyst is a key member of Circana's Global CPG & Foodservice Commercial Advisory and Thought Leadership team. This team guides CPG & foodservice manufacturers, retailers, and operators with insights on industry trends and growth strategies. The analyst will create and deliver thought leadership content for U.S. CPG clients, requiring autonomy, problem-solving skills, and an innovative mindset. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging clients and collaborating across teams. The role involves leveraging Circana's data assets to generate insightful analysis.

Analytic Capabilities:

• Analyze data from Circana platforms to identify insights for client content
• Use structured problem-solving methods and evaluate solutions
• Ensure high-quality, client-ready results through data integrity
• Handle inquiries about methodology and data validation

Thought Leadership:

• Contribute to idea generation and develop new techniques
• Design analytical approaches and craft compelling storylines
• Create clear, executive-level visual outputs

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in marketing, analytics, strategy, or consulting within CPG, food, or retail sectors
• Ability to translate data into relevant insights
• Comfort with incomplete data and innovative problem-solving
• Experience with Circana or similar data solutions
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
