Job Opportunity: Data Insights & Strategy Analyst (Remote – PST Preferred)

We are seeking a passionate Data Insights & Strategy Analyst to join our high-impact global category strategy team. In this role, you will help shape promotional strategies for a major consumer device product line by transforming raw data into insights, developing dashboards, and supporting decision-making across product marketing, engineering, and finance.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track key business outcomes.
2. Analyze promotional effectiveness and generate actionable insights.
3. Support ad hoc data requests and deliver clear, concise reports.
4. Create compelling presentations to communicate insights.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, product).
6. Identify gaps, optimize reporting processes, and improve ROI analysis.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business insights.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and SQL.
• Experience in consumer sales, category management, or marketing analytics.
• Ability to work independently, synthesize complex data, and drive results.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills using visual tools like PowerPoint.

Preferred: PMI/PMP certification, experience in large tech or consumer-focused environments, familiarity with SharePoint or Azure.

Location: Remote within the Pacific Time Zone (must be within 50 miles of a major metro area). PST preferred.
