Astreya is looking for an entry-level professional to help develop and deliver change management plans for small projects. You will address the people side of change, including processes, systems, and technology adjustments, and assist in creating educational content.

You will participate in training sessions, support curricula updates, and help deliver basic workshops to reinforce learning principles and change management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 2–5 years’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• One year of proven experience preferred.

At this entry-level position, individuals are typically involved in supporting the development and delivery of organizational change management plans for smaller projects with lower change impacts. They assist in addressing the people side of change, including processes, systems, and technology adjustments, while also aiding in the creation and dissemination of educational content. They may also participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance their understanding of learning principles and change management methodologies.

• Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issuesWorks on problems of limited scope
• Receives detailed instructions
• Assist with delivering classroom and virtual training to technical audiences of various experience levels under supervision
• Provide support for course development efforts, including research and content review
• Help maintain teaching material and lab exercises
• Assist with updates for curricula and collateral
• Support delivery of basic training sessions and workshops
• Participate in structured change management approaches and assist in change plan development

Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum of one year proven experience

Individual ContributerSalary Range$28.76 - $45.40 USD (Hourly)
