Job summary

Astreya is hiring an entry-level Change Management Assistant to help develop and deliver organizational change management plans for smaller projects. You will assist the people side of change, including processes, systems, and technology adjustments, and help create and disseminate educational content while supporting training sessions.

Under supervision, you will participate in structured change methodologies, assist in change plan development, update curricula, and maintain teaching materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) and 2–5 years’ related experience
• Minimum of one year proven experience

Salary Range

$28.76 - $45.40 USD (Hourly)
