Job summary

Astreya in Austin, TX is seeking an entry-level professional to support the development and delivery of organizational change management plans for small projects. You will help with people-side change, including processes, systems, and technology adjustments, and assist in creating and disseminating educational content.

You will participate in training sessions and workshops, support course development, maintain teaching materials, and contribute to curricula updates under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 2 to 5 years related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience
• Minimum of one year proven experience
• Entry-level role supporting change management initiatives and learning activities

They assist in addressing the people side of change, including processes, systems, and technology adjustments, while also aiding in the creation and dissemination of educational content. They may also participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance their understanding of learning principles and change management methodologies.

Individual ContributerSalary Range$28.76 - $45.40 USD (Hourly)
