Job summary

Astreya is seeking an entry-level professional to support the development and delivery of organizational change management plans for smaller projects. You will assist with the people side of change, including processes, systems, and technology adjustments, while helping create and disseminate educational content.

You may participate in trainings and workshops to strengthen learning principles and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training.
• Minimum of one year proven experience.
• Experience supporting change management plans for small projects.
• Assist in creating and disseminating educational content for learners.
• Assist in classroom and virtual training for technical audiences under supervision.

• Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues; works on problems of limited scope.
• Receives detailed instructions and supports delivery of basic training sessions.
• Assist with delivering classroom and virtual training to technical audiences of various experience levels under supervision.
• Provide support for course development efforts, including research and content review.
• Help maintain teaching material and lab exercises.
• Assist with updates for curricula and collateral.
• Support delivery of basic training sessions and workshops.
• Participate in structured change management approaches and assist in change plan development.
