About the Position

Under the general direction of the Employee Engagement Program Manager (Supervisor I), the Analyst II serves as a district level analyst responsible for planning, delivering, and continuously improving District 7 employee experience initiatives. The incumbent promotes a positive and healthy organizational culture by researching, analyzing, and interpreting engagement and performance trends; developing and implementing internal communications and marketing strategies; and creating conditions where employees can perform at their professional best. The incumbent collaborates across divisions and with executive leadership to deliver employee engagement programming, staff development and learning opportunities, recognition and awards programs, onboarding and workforce development, recruitment/event engagement, and strategic direction performance support.
