Job summary

FIS is seeking an intermediate-level Application Support professional to troubleshoot incidents, monitor system health, and partner with development teams to address defects and improve performance. Responsibilities

• Resolve moderately complex application incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Diagnose root causes using logs, metrics, and diagnostics.
• Escalate defects to development teams with clear technical evidence.
• Monitor application health and performance to identify risks and improvements.
