The Franchise Tax Board's Filing Division Hiring Team (FDHT) is looking to hire an Analyst II Hiring Analyst to provide administrative support to Filing Division management and staff for hiring and recruitment activities. We are seeking an organized, reliable, and enthusiastic individual with experience in multi-tasking and team collaboration with a goal of exceeding customer expectations. You will conduct, analyze, and support Filing Division mass hiring and other advanced efforts, where a mass hire constitutes a single hiring effort of 10 or more positions. Your responsibilities include all tasks and Human Resources liaison activities related to coordination and support of the more complex, lengthy, and advanced hiring efforts within the Filing Division.
