We are looking for an energetic individuals to be part of the IT Field in the Operations Control Section (OCS) within the Operation Management Bureau. The Operations Analyst and/or Operations Technician is responsible for providing essential second level support and delegated system administration, production processing support and services for FTB. This includes support for FTB's mission critical internal services such as TI (Taxpayer Information System), BETS (Business Entities Tax System), ARCS (Accounts Receivable Collection System), WASS (Withhold at Source System), PASS (Professional Audit Support System), and INC(Integrated Nonfiler Compliance), as well as external services such as SWIFT (Secure Web Internet File Transfer), CalFile, WebPay, MyFTB, EASE (External Authentication for Secure e-Services) and FTB's main website, EDR (Enterprise Data to Revenue) systems and services, and ETS (Enterprise Tax Systems) systems and services. This position will be responsible for providing daily input on the process of performance-management. They will also represent OCS to internal and external customers and participate in implementation planning efforts to install new or enhanced technology, applications, services,processes and/or procedures.

Desirable Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience using enterprise monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, AppDynamics, SiteScan/Vigelent, and mainframe consoles
