Pilot Company is seeking an Analyst I, Retail Technology to provide ongoing support and maintenance of the company’s retail technology systems across POS, inventory, loyalty, QSR, and more. The role involves investigating escalated issues, coordinating with departments, testing software versions, and ensuring accurate data and compliance.

You will work with the Retail Technology team to resolve bugs, implement new functionality, and support OS and deployment updates while maintaining system

Qualifications

• This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
• High school diploma or equivalent certification required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferably related to computer science and technology preferred
• Minimum one year experience with POS systems and second level support in identifying and troubleshooting system issues preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows including Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of retail store software systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Express and ability to script SQL queries preferred
• Working knowledge of coding languages such as .NET, VB, etc. preferred

• Conduct second level support in troubleshooting and resolving all retail system issues escalated by internal partners
• Collaborate with Retail Technology Analyst II and Senior Retail Technology Analyst to identify and resolve bugs and introduce new functionality
• Test new business requirements within the retail system environment
• Maintain test software and hardware environments
• Maintain deployment software, maintenance, patching, and training documentation
• Create maintenance of operating system (OS) image
• Manage deployment of OS updates and security requirements

Job Description

The Analyst I, Retail Technology job is to provide ongoing support and maintenance of the
company’s retail technology systems.

• (QSR)
• 3. Test new versions of retail software and coordinate installation in stores
• 4. Coordinate with all departments regarding accuracy of polling and data

• 5. Conduct second level support in troubleshooting and resolving all retail
• system issues escalated by internal business partners

• Work flexible hours in system critical situations
