Job summary

Caltrans is seeking an Analyst I to support HQ Project Delivery as a customer service representative under supervision. You will lead procurement and stocking of overhead supplies, and handle disbursement of checks as paymaster for Project Management.

About the Position:

Under the general supervision of a Supervisor I, the Analyst I, serves in a customer service environment for HQ Project Delivery Divisions. The incumbent serves as lead for the procurement and stocking of general overhead supplies and is the paymaster for disbursement of all checks for Project Management. Acts as the Conference, Meeting, and Training Coordinator for Project Delivery and processes California Public Records Act requests. Assists with Property Control, Facilities, Procurement and Telecom.
