Job summary

Caltrans in the Audio Visual Graphics and Reprographics Branch is seeking an Analyst I to perform the administrative duties required to maintain and improve the branch function.

The incumbent will assist in procuring equipment, ordering supplies, processing vendor invoices, budgeting and inventory tracking, with additional related duties as required.

• Approve payments for vendor monthly services and equipment invoices via Info. Advantage.
• Assist in budgeting, inventory tracking, storage, and ordering of supplies.
• Perform other related duties as required.

About the Position:

Under the direction of the Supervisor I Branch Chief, the incumbent will perform the administrative duties required to maintain and improve the Audio Visual Graphics and Reprographics Branch function. The incumbent will assist in procuring new equipment, ordering supplies and process business card orders. Approve payment for vendor monthly services and equipment invoices through Info. Advantage. Assist in budgeting, inventory tracking, storage, and ordering of supplies. Perform other related duties as required.
