The Division of Engineering Services (DES), Program/Project Management and Office Engineer (PPM&OE), Office of Construction Contract Awards (OCCA), Bids and Approvals Unit, is recruiting for an Analyst I position, located in Sacramento. Under the supervision of a Supervisor I, in the Bids and Approvals Unit, the Office Support Analyst performs various duties and reporting related to the contracts that are awarded by the Office of Construction Contract Awards. Duties include, but are not limited to: Providing weekly reporting on awarded contracts, sending awarded contracts to winning bidders, creating and maintaining JOC records within database, receiving and scanning of post and bid documents, follow up with bidders regarding their contract documents and send back bidders bonds. Additionally, serves as the OCCA Title VI Liaison, assists by processing 30-Day Bid Extension letters in addition to Bidder ID requests from contractors.
