Randstad USA is seeking an Account Performance Specialist to support growth and retention of accounts with a focus on analytics, reporting, and process optimization. The role involves discovery, data gathering, and collaborating with internal teams to align total account support.

Occasional travel in the north DFW area is required. Salary is hourly, with standard shifts and business hours. Education requirement is a Bachelor's degree, and prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Job description

The Account Performance Specialist supports the growth and retention of new and existing accounts. Intermittent travel in the north DFW area will be required. This role reports to the Director of Workforce Strategy and partners with the account sales/operations leader and onsite account teams to ensure delivery results are optimized to maximize quality and cost savings while meeting the client’s operational goals.

This role helps the Workforce Strategy team by assisting with discovery, data gathering, helping build business cases, creating efficient work processes, establishing client facing reporting, and working with internal teams to align total account support.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently motivated, as well as with a team are essential for this function.

Salary: $33 - $35 per hour

Shift: First

Work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data using a workforce analytics approach to clearly demonstrate how leading indicators contribute to client success. Identify, analyze and develop strategies for order fulfillment, recruitment & selection, productivity, labor safety, risk mitigation and employment-related compliance.
  • Design and deliver quarterly strategy meetings, building upon KPI analysis that may be delivered weekly/monthly to the client, to move the business forward.
  • Create ROI Strategies in working sessions with key client contacts to move projects toward results
  • Quantify the impact of the solution and deliver verified cost savings to clients
• Design and document staffing plans and resources for ramps; establish and expand strategic recruiting plans; streamline recruiting and screening process (technology, etc.) which includes process flow, order tracker, and attendance tracker.
• Travel as needed to established sites in the area to conduct job shadowing, create job profiles, create site maps, conduct workload analysis, conduct interview shadowing
• Carry out assigned tasks relative to the RIS delivery model
• Maintain and review tools used at accounts to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of accounts
