Job summary

MODERN HOME MORTGAGE LLC is seeking a motivated Loan Set-Up Analyst to support the processing team and loan officers. You will ensure smooth loan setup by routing files to investors, managing rate locks, and coordinating title work, appraisals, and disclosures.

Strong organization and communication are essential. The role requires experience with Arive LOS and loan registration, plus excellent MS Office skills and a proactive, team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; associate’s degree or administrative training preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as Mortgage Loan Set-Up Assistant, processor, or in a similar data entry position.
• Familiarity with standard office equipment.
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Setting up incoming loans and routing them to the appropriate Investor. Confirming documents are out, signed, and ready to order appraisal and title work.
• Managing rate lock calendar and maintain a calendar for clients, appraisals, and title orders
• Organize notes in LOS system Arive, for transparency
• Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
• Contribute to company reports
• Maintain an organized filing system
• Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
• Collecting Documents
• Registering Loans with Investors
• Communication with Loan Officers and Operations on Disclosure status

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Loan Set-Up Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our processing team and loan officers, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include sending the file to the investor to send out documents, locking loans, ordering title work, answering phone calls, scheduling appraisals, planning meetings, and writing correspondence.
