Job summary

MODERN HOME MORTGAGE LLC is seeking a motivated Loan Set-Up Analyst in Georgia to support processing teams and loan officers. You will route loans to investors, manage rate locks, and order appraisals and title work while maintaining notes in Arive LOS.

Strong data-entry and communication skills are essential. Candidates should be highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication, capable of handling multiple tasks, and comfortable with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Set-Up Assistant, processor, or in a similar data entry position.
• Familiarity with standard office equipment; excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Setting up incoming loans and routing them to the appropriate Investor; confirming documents are out, signed, and ready to order appraisal and title work.
• Managing rate lock calendar and maintaining a calendar for clients, appraisals, and title orders.
• Organize notes in LOS system Arive for transparency.
• Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately.
• Contribute to company reports and maintain an organized filing system.
• Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures; collect documents and register loans with Investors.
• Communicate with Loan Officers and Operations on disclosure status.

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Loan Set-Up Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our processing team and loan officers, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include sending the file to the investor to send out documents, locking loans, ordering title work, answering phone calls, scheduling appraisals, planning meetings, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication, keen follow up skills, and a friendly demeanor. Must have experience using Arive LOS and loan registration Experience.
