Job summary

MODERN HOME MORTGAGE LLC is seeking a Loan Set-Up Analyst to support the processing team and loan officers. You will ensure all information and resources are available, help with sending files to investors, lock loans, order title work, and coordinate appraisals.

The role requires strong organization, clear written and verbal communication, and proactive follow-up. Prior data-entry or mortgage-set-up experience is preferred and a friendly, collaborative demeanor is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; Associate's degree or admin training preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as Mortgage Loan Set-Up Assistant, processor, or similar data entry role.

Responsibilities

• Set up incoming loans and route to the appropriate Investor; confirm documents are out, signed, and ready to order appraisal and title work.
• Manage rate lock calendar and maintain calendars for clients, appraisals, and title orders.
• Organize notes in LOS system Arrive for transparency.
• Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately.
• Contribute to company reports.
• Maintain an organized filing system.
• Develop, update, and maintain office procedures.
• Collect documents and register loans with Investors.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Loan Set-Up Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our processing team and loan officers, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include sending the file to the investor to send out documents, locking loans, ordering title work, answering phone calls, scheduling appraisals, planning meetings, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication, keen follow up skills, and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
