Base Pay Range

$18.00/hr – $19.75/hr

Are you into video games, bowling, or karaoke? Are you friendly and outgoing? Do you enjoy being around people and working in a fun environment? Then you’re the kind of person we’d love to hire! This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the operation of the Arcade Department. Please note you must have a High School Diploma or GED to apply. Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is preferred.

Essential Duties

• During assigned shifts engage customers to determine whether their needs are met.
• Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.
• Maintain games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers’ eyes.
• Respond responsively, and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests.
• Answer phone calls for all general inquiries.
• Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Non-Essential Duties

• Conduct alcohol and age restriction control by company policies.
• Conduct lost and found procedures by company policies.
• Seek constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
• Comply with and maintain confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

Work Environment

• The employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Physical Demands

• Require regular bending, stretching, twisting, climbing, high mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
• Must stand and walk for extended periods without breaks during busy times, and use hands/fingers to handle and reach with hands and arms.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required.
