Responsibilities

• Schedule all appointments with patient input and coordinate to avoid extra trips.
• Notify supervisor if clinic access is not within timeframes or if scheduling is blocked.
• Review active/pending consults daily and correct scheduling errors within one day.
• Create beneficiary travel requests via paper form or veteran kiosk.
• Use office automation software to set up and maintain patient records and appointments.
