Founding Lead Recruiter – Entrepreneurial Role with Business Development Focus

Location: Remote

Compensation: 100% Commission-Based + Revenue Sharing

We’re launching a boutique recruiting firm with a bold mission: to redefine the traditional recruitment model. Our approach is high-touch, consultative, and built on deep industry expertise—centered around delivering unmatched value to clients and candidates alike.

We're looking for a Founding Lead Recruiter who not only excels at recruitment but also specializes in business development. This partner-level opportunity is ideal for someone ready to shape the business, grow a client base, and share directly in the success they help create—without the stress of building infrastructure from scratch. We’ve taken care of the backend so you can focus on what you do best: growing relationships, revenue, and impact.

Important Note on Compensation

This role is 100% commission-based, with a generous revenue-sharing structure. There is no base salary at this stage, as this is an entrepreneurial role intended for individuals ready to take a leap into co-building a high-potential venture.

The earning potential is uncapped and directly tied to performance and business growth. It’s built for someone who values autonomy, ownership, and long-term financial upside.

  • Excels in business development and client acquisition
  • Has strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Is confident running full-cycle recruitment with minimal oversight
  • Wants to break away from large firm bureaucracy and thrive in a boutique setting
  • Is deeply connected within the AI, Healthcare, or Private Equity sectors

Your Role Will Involve

  • Driving your own client pipeline and managing search execution
  • Generating new business through outreach, partnerships, and referrals
  • Collaborating with founders to shape brand, processes, and go-to-market strategy
  • Building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
  • Helping establish a best-in-class boutique recruitment offering
