Daikin Comfort is seeking ambitious students in Jacksonville, FL, for our Accelerated Management Program (AMP). You will rotate through Branch Operations and an Outside Sales Track, gaining hands-on experience from the ground up.

During this twelve-month program, you will develop leadership, pricing, inventory, and customer-relations skills while working under close supervision and mentorship. Relocation support may be considered for top performers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in management or a related field.
• Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA (overall and major).
• Proven leadership and communication abilities are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Counter Sales: interact with customers and learn our systems.
• Warehouse: gain hands-on exposure to products and processes.
• Inside/Showroom Sales: build relationships and support branch leadership.
• Outside Sales: begin training toward a dedicated sales territory.
