Job summary

Daikin Comfort is seeking candidates for its Accelerated Management Program (AMP) at the Lenexa, KS branch. The twelve-month program offers hands-on experience in Branch Operations and Outside Sales, with structured training and mentorship.

Participants will rotate through Counter Sales, Warehouse, and Inside/Showroom Sales while developing leadership, pricing, inventory, and stakeholder management skills to prepare for future branch leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Sales, Entrepreneurial Studies (or similar).
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA (overall and major).
• Must graduate December 2026 - May 2027.

Responsibilities

• Participate in branch operations exposure through hands-on roles in Counter Sales and Inside/Showroom Sales.
• Gain warehouse experience with shipping and receiving materials.
• Develop leadership and customer relationship skills during the AMP track.
