The ideal candidate will have RETA certification or equivalent, strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• RETA Certification or equivalent technical training is a plus.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical/electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems and related utilities.
• Willingness to obtain Hazmat/HAZWOPER certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ammonia refrigeration equipment and plant utilities such as boilers, pumps, motors, and valves.
• Perform preventive maintenance on compressors, boilers, and HVAC components.
• Document daily repairs and maintain PSM paperwork.
• Communicate with management and teammates about production status.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE policies.
• Be available for weekend and additional shift work.
