Job summary

Bank of America seeks an Alert Review Associate to support risk-based operational processes by reviewing and investigating alerts, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation. You will participate in QA reviews and help enhance procedures to strengthen controls and efficiency.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of operational experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

1+ year operational experience.
Intermediate Excel and Word skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
